On November 8, at Congress and Exhibition Center Parkovy, the V Forum "Business without Paper" was organized, which brought together about 700 participants, including: representatives of the state, opinion leaders and leading specialists of companies from various industries.
Guests met to exchange digital practices. They discussed the introduction of electronic document management, the digitalization of personnel processes, online signing of contracts, the transfer of networks to digital business processes, the use of software cash registers and the prospects for electronic TTN.
The focus of business is people, efficiency and easy fixation of agreements.
During the
V Forum "Business without Paper," Ukrainian companies united to discuss legislative changes, new tools and exchange of experience. The main theme of the annual Forum was the values that unite the business community. They motivate to move digitalization forward and maintain a competitive position in the market.
The event took place on the third floor of the complex, namely in the
Convention and Concert Hall with an area of 750 square meters. m. The large, technologically equipped stage became a place for speeches by leading speakers, including:
- Oksana Ferchuk – Advisor to the patronage service of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine;
- Anton Skokov – Head of Digital Business Solutions Service "Vchasno";
- Iryna Yablonska – EDO project manager at TAS AGRO LLC;
- Olga Nedilko – Executive Director of iPay.ua;
- Ivan Chivkin – Director of Operations and Development of the Antoshka network.
"At war, we have no time for slow improvement. We are looking for and implementing digital tools that will make a breakthrough. They will give Ukraine the necessary advantage to win and build an effective Defense Force," – Oksana Ferchuk emphasized.
This year, the Forum "Business without Paper" had a charitable purpose – a joint collection with the Humanitarian Fund of Serhiy Prytula to restore the housing of the Trofimenko family from the Kyiv region, which was destroyed by the invaders at the beginning of a full-scale invasion.
All profits from the sale of tickets to the Forum, charity drawing and auction, held during the event, will go to buy a modular house. Managed to collect more than 708,000 hryvnia.
