Companies in Ukraine strive to unite and save resources. Looking for ways to make workflows more progressive, flexible and easy, and moving towards the ecosystem. This became especially noticeable during the full-scale invasion, which, under sad circumstances, became another driver of digital changes in business. This conclusion was made by the participants of the fourth all-Ukrainian forum "Paperless Business", which was held on October 26-27 in Kyiv.
For the first time since the beginning of the war, the forum gathered offline more than 400 participants – market leaders from various industries. More than 30 speakers - representatives of the state, business and public organizations talked about their experience in introducing electronic document management, qualified electronic signatures, software PPOs, electronic consignment notes, as well as about world and Ukrainian digital change trends.
"For a huge number of people, "Diia” and digital documents are no longer an option, but a basic thing that allows you to have only a smartphone with you to solve certain problems. Don't worry if you forget the documents at home. Today, the Diia app has 30 services available and has 19.6 million users. This is about 75% of the entire adult population of Ukraine," – said Mstyslav Banik, Head of Electronic Services Development at the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.
One of the main modern trends, representatives of Ukrainian companies called the preservation of resources not only financial and natural, but also human. Digitalization helps make workflows faster and more efficient. This gives employees more opportunities and time to learn new things. Instead of wasting resources on filling, coordinating, moving from place to place, sending and storing papers.
In addition to business goals, this year's event also had a charitable purpose. In partnership with the Serhiy Prytula Foundation and the NEST project, the organizers collected a modular house for a family from Makarov who lost their housing as a result of the Russian occupation. All profits from the sale of tickets to the forum, from the charity lottery and auction held at the event, will be directed to the realization of this goal. In total, it was possible to collect 748,000 hryvnias.
