On April 17 and 18, the Congress and Exhibition Center Parkovy hosted a key event for Ukrainian marketers, top managers and company owners – the 17th Ukrainian Marketing Forum. More than 850 guests gathered at Parkovy for the exchange of experience, new useful acquaintances, and development.


"Our priority remains interesting content, useful networking, as well as the comfort and safety of our participants and speakers," – the organizers of the forum emphasized.

The main theme of the event is "Living. The nature of sustainability of Ukrainian business. "

In total, more than 65 speakers – key market players and the best marketing experts - performed at the Ukrainian Marketing Forum. More than 850 participants attended the event.


Such companies as Eva, Fishka, Tabletki.ua, Yasno, NOVA (Nova Poshta), Ukrzaliznytsia, Silpo, Uklon, PUMB, Intertop Ukraine, Epicentr K, Kiddisvit, MauDau, Apteka 9−1−1, MacPaw, Gunia Project, and others presented their cases at the forum.

During the panel discussion "The Future. What they believe and what Ukrainian companies are preparing for", the speakers discussed how the living Ukrainian business keeps during the war, and, despite all the challenges, makes plans for the future. Insights were shared by Vyacheslav Klimov, co-founder of NOVA Group, Boris Shestopalov, co-owner and CEO of HD Group, co-owner of GFS Group, Olga Rudnieva, CEO and co-founder of Superhumans Center, Yevhen Hlibovytsky, expert on long-term strategies, founder of pro.mova. The discussion was moderated by Roman Bondar, Head of the KornFerry office in Ukraine.


The first day of the 17th Ukrainian Marketing Forum ended with a panel discussion "Ukrainian Advertising Market 2024: Brands, Money, People." The moderator was Maksym Lazebnyk, CEO of the All Ukrainian Advertising Coalition.

Arman Matkulov, CEO & Board Member of the Razom Group, emphasized that now advertising campaigns run longer, because brands need more time to make decisions: whether it is necessary and appropriate, whether there will be an effect, how consumers perceive it.

At the same time, prices for the services of advertising agencies are falling, there is fierce competition, – said Alexander Gorokhovsky, CEO of Dentsu Ukraine. The company managed to reach 65% of 2021 figures as of 2023. In 2024, there is a hope to approach even more.

Andriy Partyka, President of Ocean Media Plus, noted that TV as of 2024 has almost recovered, making entertainment projects, and that there is an international distribution as well. Among the top advertisers are currently the following industries: pharmaceuticals, mobile communications, retail. There is quality of content and its convenient playback at the top of the pyramid of consumer interests. Large screens remain popular alongside the mobile format.

All participants of the discussion shared that they feel staff hunger. Nataliya Morozova, CEO of Havas Village Ukraine, said that they are very careful about employees, emphasize on maintaining their mental health, because now it is more difficult for people to live complicated working moments.

Enver Kikava, CEO of Publicis Groupe Ukraine, concluding the discussion, noted that further it will be more difficult for companies, since now we are returning to a relatively normal state, that is recovery, not growth. Therefore, it is very important to unite, cooperate within the industry, and help each other.

The 17th Ukrainian Marketing Forum covered the entire third floor of the CEC Parkovy. Top speakers’ performances and panel discussions took place on the main stage in the Convention and Concert Hall of the complex.


On the second day, two stages worked for the guests: the main one in the Convention and Concert Hall, and the expert one in the conference zone of the third floor.


The air alert on April 18 in Kyiv did not interfere with the work of the Ukrainian Marketing Forum. After the alarm announcement, the guests went down to a comfortable shelter on the -1 floor of Parkovy, where the organizers prepared a backup setup in case of danger. Without losing valuable time, the guests were able to continue listening to the speaker's performance in the backup location in the shelter.


In addition to speeches from leading experts in the marketing field, guests had the opportunity to visit numerous stands from partners of the Ukrainian Marketing Forum and learn about new prospects for business development. The stands had been located in a spacious conference area to the left of the main hall.


The terrace with a view of flowering Kyiv became a place where guests could relax, have a coffee, and network.
