On 31 July 2025, the 3rd Ukraine Investment Congress took place at the Parkovy Convention & Exhibition Center, gathering 4,000+ guests in one place, including:
- Representatives of government and the banking sector
- Leaders of Ukrainian companies
- Architects, designers, developers and builders
For the audience, it was a unique opportunity to:
- see real projects and funding sources;
- build links with public and private institutions;
- find partners for strategic initiatives;
- get first-hand insights from leading experts;
- be part of a professional community shaping the future.
The Congress’ main goal was to create an effective platform for collaboration between business, architects and policymakers to accelerate Ukraine’s development.
At the entrance, the organizers installed a modular house where guests could register and learn more about the event — a unique solution made possible by the scale of the complex and the contractors’ expertise.
The main program unfolded in the Convention and Concert Hall (750 sq m), which hosted several key moments:
- The ceremonial launch of the All-Ukrainian architectural competition “Interior of the Year 2025”
- The Memorandum signing between the DMNTR media group and the National Children’s Hospital “Okhmatdyt”
- The awards ceremony of the “Interior of the Year 2025” competition
- An exclusive performance by Yevhen Khmara, which became the symbolic finale of the event
Parkovy is built for architectural flexibility: within one complex you can create multiple scenarios. The venues support parallel streams, large expo zones and intimate meetings. Thanks to the unique layout, organizers can switch seating formats quickly, reconfigure halls, build stand areas and run micro-events within a single program. As is traditional for an annual event of this scale, multiple spaces were used — including the summer terrace, where guests could relax, network and share impressions.
The conference areas hosted panel discussions by leading industry speakers. Owing to the complex’s configuration, rooms were zoned to run three parallel tracks side by side.
