On July 31, the Congress Invest in Ukraine was held at the Parkovy CEC, within the framework of which winners of the XIV All-Ukrainian Architectural Competition “Interior of the Year" were awarded. The event brought together professional investors, developers, developers, entrepreneurs, architects, and business leaders in order to:
- learn about new trends in the field of construction and find new partners;
- exchange experiences and meet potential customers;
- discuss the strategic development of the real estate industry for the country's economic growth;
- gain valuable knowledge from experienced entrepreneurs and market leaders.
The event, which was attended by 4,000 guests, took place on the third floor of Parkovy, where partner stands of companies such as Unilin, Venko, Nexus Tech, Сreator Bud, Smart Development, Zeist, Arbofari, Bang & Olufsen, SolarFamily, etc were presented. Large-scale and technological designs were freely located in the prefunction zone near the escalators, as well as in spacious areas along the third floor around the
Convention and Concert Hall.
During the main program, the guests had the opportunity to listen to panel discussions on such topics as: "The investment climate of the Ukrainian economy during the war," "Innovations in the energy sector: new solutions for security," "How the real estate market has changed during the war," and others. Participants also attended performances by leaders of top companies in the construction and architecture sector, watched projects presentations and analytical part.

- Anna Layevska – Commercial Director of Integral-Bud;
- Katerina Mardanova – founder of interior design studio Mdesign Architecture interior;

- Vadim and Tatyana Rusetsky – Perspectiva interior studio;
- Sergey Naumov – Chairman of the Board of Sberbank)
- Inna Tiutiun – Member of the Board of Sense Bank;
- Mark Marchenko – CEO SENSAR DEVELOPMENT, etc.
The winners of the XIV All-Ukrainian Architectural Competition "Interior of the Year" were determined at the event in 12 nominations: "Interior Lighting," "Landscape Architecture and Design," "Object Design," "Interiors of Commercial Buildings and Offices," "Interiors of Premises and Institutions of HoReCa," "Interiors of Public Social and Administrative Buildings," as well as interiors of apartments and private houses of different footage.
It should be added that the event featured an exhibition of cartoons of the war from Viktor Kudin - Honored Architect of Ukraine and head of the architectural bureau "Kudin Architects"; exhibition of photo works by Andrey Avdeenko, a professional photographer, as well as Art and object design exhibitions curated by Nataliia Zabolotna and Larisa Tsybina.
The
summer terrace was also presented as an expo zone for various projects in the field of design and architecture. Additionally, comprehensive presentations of partner companies and panel discussions on architecture in sustainable development medicine were held here. Guests had the opportunity to enjoy the exhibition of paintings, as well as communicate, exchange experiences and admire the views of the Dnipro and the capital.
