SALT – Restaurant Innovation Conference у “Парковому”

On October 28, 2024, the SALT Restaurant Innovation Conference was held for the second time at Parkovy CEC, which brought together gastroenterologists, food bloggers, restaurateurs and chefs, restaurant business investors, FoodTech industry specialists, HoReCa suppliers and business strategies to study modern restaurant trends, unique views on business and key innovations of tomorrow.

The event took place on the third floor of CEC Parkovy.

  • Along the spacious location, there were partner stands where guests could get acquainted with the product, consult and participate in networking.
  • A conference room with panoramic views of the Dnipro, which can be easily transformed into an event format with soundproof mobile partitions, was allocated for a catering area for participants.

The main program was held in the Convention and Concert Hall, which is located very close to the expo zone for the convenience and speed of movement of participants.

The theme of this year's conference: "View from the future." Together with the guests, the top speakers of the event worked out solutions that will help create strategic competitive advantages, discussed new approaches to menu development and team formation, innovation and scaling, reintegration of veterans, world trends "on a plate" and local context.

The conference is based on practical cases of innovative approaches of restaurant entrepreneurs, global trends that can be integrated in a modern Ukrainian restaurant, strategies and practical steps that can be applied now.

Leaders of the restaurant sector, innovations, technologies, banking, retail and hoteliers performed on the equipped stage of the Congress and Concert Hall. Among the speakers:

  • Andriy Skipyan – Founder & CEO of Hoteliero, the national restaurant award "Salt" and SALT Restaurant Innovation Conference
  • Mykhailo Beylin – Co-owner and co-founder of LaFamiglia Restaurants, LaFamiglia Catering, KyivFoodMarket;
  • Oleg Gorokhovsky – Businessman, banker, co-founder of Fintech Band – developer of Monobank;
  • Roman Bondar – Senior Partner and Head of Korn Ferry office in Ukraine, Co-founder of the Ukrainian Academy of Corporate Governance;
  • Olga Martynovska – Shefyna, founder of the First Ukrainian Culinary Academy "MasterChef" and "MasterChef. Professionals ";
  • Natalia Savchenko – Head of Marketing and Growth at Glovo Ukraine;
  • Mykhailo Boyko – Business Development Manager | Bolt food, and many others.

During the event, the speakers spoke in 6 thematic blocks dedicated to human capital, innovation, FinTech and FoodTech, scaling strategies, reintegration of veterans, etc., and also took part in a discussion panel.

After the main program, an evening cocktail with a raging networking awaited the participants.

Part of the proceeds from the sale of tickets was transferred to the Superhumans Center – an all-Ukrainian modern center for prosthetics, reconstructive surgery, rehabilitation and psychological support for adults and children affected by the war.
