On October 7, 2025, the Parkovy Convention and Exhibition Center became the focal point for discussions about the future of Ukraine’s labor market at the “People Power” Forum by OLX Robota. The venue welcomed the event for the second year in a row.
The forum gathered hundreds of HR leaders, business owners, and representatives of social initiatives. This year’s focus centered on equal opportunities, barrier-free employment, and the modern challenges faced by both employers and job seekers.
The event took place in the Big Exhibition Hall on the first floor. The spacious venue featured a comfortable theater-style seating arrangement and a fully built-out stage that hosted leading industry speakers. A large partner expo zone showcased innovative HR and business solutions presented by top companies.
Throughout the day, guests enjoyed exquisite catering from Parkovy Catering, with coffee breaks and a lunch service.
People Power 2025 addressed some of the most pressing HR issues, with a strong emphasis on inclusivity and corporate equality. The event also announced the winners of the Ukrainian Corporate Equality Index 2025, a study by OLX Robota and NGO “Tochka Opory UA.” The recognized companies included:
