On October 1, with the support of OLX Work, the forum "People Power: The Power to Be Different" for HR and business was held at the Parkovy Congress and Exhibition Center. The main goal is to exchange best practices to create a безбарʼєрного working environment and expand the list of candidates. Speakers from Superhumans Center, Silpo, Aurora Multimarket, OKKO, DTEK and other Ukrainian companies shared their experience. The forum was charitable.
The event took place on the third floor of the complex, at the location
Park Hall Event Space. Guests are comfortably accommodated in two обʼєднаних zones of the event space, namely:
- In the hall with a stage for performances by top speakers, where the organizers also arranged theatrical seating for participants;
- On the closed terrace, where catering and networking zones are located.
Guests and participants were expected to have three discussion blocks, as well as lunch from
Parkovy Catering and active networking during the event.
At the People Power forum, experts shared successful practices of creating an inclusive culture for their employees. In particular, they discussed the implementation of the principles of equality and diversity, which can increase the efficiency and competitiveness of business, the representation of women, the integration of veterans and how to create an inclusive environment in the workplace.

We want to implement these practices and help Ukrainian businesses become stronger," – said Maria Abdullina, Head of OLX Work and Services categories.
