On September 9, the first PRO TISTO Forum was held at the Parkovy Convention & Exhibition Center — an event that revives the bread-making craft in Ukraine and unites the industry around shared quality standards. The forum brought together 450+ guests, 19 speakers, and 20+ partners: representatives of HoReCa, millers, industrial enterprises, folk artisans, and craftspeople. Throughout the day, participants discussed how dough evolves from a product into a cultural code and a platform for the development of the gastronomy industry.
The program was built around two stages. The heart of the event was the Convention and Concert Hall, where the organizers branded the main stage for Chef’s Stage. It focused on technologies and the philosophy of the craft, giving attendees a concentrated set of techniques, ingredients, and signature recipes. Among the speakers:
A parallel session, Business Stage, took place in the conference zone on the third floor. It became a platform for entrepreneurs and network leaders, with themes dedicated to authenticity and unity, the power of communities, and the challenges and opportunities of the Ukrainian milling sector.
The venue’s unique configuration allowed guests to move freely between activities, discover new products, and participate in networking. Along the third floor, an expo area was created for partner booths, while Parkovy terrace turned into a place for relaxation, conversations, and exchanging insights.
Parkovy Team thanks the organizers for choosing our complex and for delivering a powerful event. See you again soon at Parkovy!
