On October 2–3 2025, Lean Summit 2025 was held at Parkovy СEC — a major event that brought together over 700 representatives of Ukrainian business who embrace the philosophy of Lean manufacturing and management.
The summit, organized by Lean Institute Ukraine, a certified member of the global Lean Global Network, was held under the theme "The Future Is Created by People" and served as a powerful platform for sharing experience, hands-on learning, and defining new development directions for Ukrainian companies.
For the second time, Lean Institute chose Parkovy for their flagship annual event:
Lean Summit 2024
The key idea of the summit was that people — their potential, motivation, and ability to work as a team — are the driving force behind Lean transformations. Over 16 hours of rich content, presentations by top speakers, and interactive sessions, summit guests discovered how Lean methodology transforms people, businesses, and entire industries.
The event took place in the
Convention and Concert Hall, which was adapted to meet the needs of the event:
- The first day was organized in a classic conference setup, ensuring comfortable viewing of presentations by keynote speakers.
- On the second day, the space was transformed into a roundtable format, facilitating closer interaction and exchange of ideas in smaller groups.
Throughout both days,
conference rooms on the third floor were also used for games and workshops.
One of the most valuable parts of the summit was real transformation case studies from leading Ukrainian companies, including: NBU (National Bank of Ukraine), MAUDAU, Enzym Group, NovaPay, "Askania" Group, "Arpal", "Agroprosperis", SOVA Jewelry House, Eco-Snack LLC / BobSnail brand, Lalafo, and others.
The summit also fostered powerful networking. The special LeanUp! interactive session and wine party created a relaxed atmosphere for making connections, exchanging contacts, and building future collaboration among like-minded professionals striving to build next-level companies.
