The two-day summit, which brought together more than 400 entrepreneurs, manufacturers and experts, took place on September 19-20, 2024 at Parkovy Congress and Exhibition Center. Guests gathered for powerful insights, new acquaintances and strategies for business development.

The first day of the event was held on the third floor of the complex, namely in the
Convention and Concert Hall. The summit was opened by the president of Lean Institute Ukraine, Sergey Komberyanov, who set the tone for all the events of the day, outlining the importance of Lean approach in modern challenges for business.
Within 8 hours of a rich program, guests listened to the speeches of more than 10 top speakers who shared the successes of their companies, as well as immersed in practice and participated in Lean games.

The participants of the first day received in-depth knowledge from speakers who showed the success of the implementation of Lean strategies in various fields - from public administration to agricultural holdings and restaurant chains.
After rich performances, the participants of the first day were expected to have a wine party on the
summer terrace, where the guests enjoyed the last warm evenings of this year and had the opportunity to get acquainted and exchange ideas and experiences.
The second day of Lean Summit 2024 (September 20) was devoted to interactive sessions, workshops and games where participants could directly feel the action of Lean tools. The event of the second day took place at two locations of the complex:

Convention and Concert Hall, which was reformatted in the seating of "round tables" for the convenience of guests, so that everyone could comfortably accommodate and rally teams;
- As well as in four mobile
conference zones on the third floor, which were also successfully adapted to the practical part of the event.
During September 20, 4 halls worked simultaneously at locations:
- Hall A: Teams led by Sergey Komberyanov built Lean strategies for Ukrainian companies using the Khoshin Kanri method.
- Hall B: Dojo class, which was conducted by Andrei Dmitriev, helped the participants master the practice of quick training of staff.
- Hall C: Lean Lego Game with Tatyana Shilizhinskaya and Anna Hawrylyshyn – participants modeled production processes.
- Hall D: AviaLean simulation game led by Dmitry Demidov and Tatyana Oztunch immersed participants in the production process.
