On September 19, Parkovy Convention and Exhibition Center hosted a business breakfast organized by Vchasno and dedicated to HR digitalization. Participants discussed ten key arguments for digitizing HR and shared practical case studies.
The event was held at the
Park Hall Event Space. Organizers arranged round tables, fostering lively dialogue, a businesslike atmosphere, and guest comfort. At Parkovy, this format is always about interaction, focus, and efficiency. The core message: modern HR is impossible without digitalization. Caring for employees remains the top, unwavering priority for 70% of employers.
The discussion featured leading speakers, including:
- Iryna Yablonska, Project & Program Lead, Bayadera Group;
- Anastasiia Obertiukh, HR Projects Development Manager, YURIA-PHARM;
- Kostiantyn Yurchenko, Commercial Director, Vchasno services;
- Iryna Sheremeta, Head of Vchasno.Kadry.
Representatives of YURIA-PHARM and Bayadera shared their experience and results, and Olha Prokhorenko spoke on “How an HRD can become a true strategic partner to the business, not just a service function.”
After the official part, guests joined networking on Park Hall’s private terrace, where
Parkovy Catering set up a reception area to the highest standards.
