On May 30, at the Parkovy Convention and Exhibition Center, the annual “Vchasno.Best” award ceremony took place—an event honoring businesses for major achievements in digitalization. Eleven companies received awards for implementing progressive solutions and automating business processes.
The event was held at Park Hall Event Space—an elegant venue on the complex’s third floor.
The location was traditionally divided into two zones:
- The main hall hosted the official awards ceremony.
- The terrace with a fantastic view was used for the buffet area and informal networking.
This year, the “Vchasno.Best” award recognized leaders in the following areas: electronic document management, digitalization of HR processes, transition to software‑based fiscal cash registers (PRRO), effective use of cloud‑based qualified electronic signatures (QES), EDI technologies, and electronic waybills (e‑TTN). More than 300 medium and large companies competed for the awards.
The award covered 11 key areas where participants presented the best digital solutions and results for 2024. For the first time, six winners were chosen by the public and five by an expert jury.
“For us, it’s important to recognize not only results, but also companies’ aspiration to influence the entire business environment. We pay attention to whether they advocate for digital change and motivate their partners to embark on the path of transformation. That’s why we introduced separate nominations for such ambassadors of digitalization. One progressive change should lead to another—this is how we shape the country’s digital future together,” – commented Anton Skokov, Head of Vchasno’s digital services for business.
This year’s “Vchasno.Best” theme is unity. It underscores the importance of cooperation among the state, companies, and every team for digital transformation. Among the jury‑selected winners were businesses that actively use digital services and help others go paperless.
In addition to business achievements, the event had an important charitable goal—raising funds for “Sentries of the Steppe” observation systems for the 12th Special Purpose Brigade “Azov” of the National Guard of Ukraine. During the ceremony, more than UAH 50,000 was raised. The overall fundraising goal, launched in partnership between Vchasno’s digital services and the Azov.One foundation, is UAH 500,000.
After the official part, guests continued discussions and exchanged impressions on the venue’s terrace.
