On December 1, Parkovy Convention and Exhibition Center hosted the Pharmacy Summit of Ukraine 2025 — the jubilee 15th gathering of pharmacy retail leaders, pharmaceutical companies, and industry experts. The event, organized by Proxima Research, brought together pharmacy owners, top management of pharmacy chains, representatives of pharmaceutical companies, distributors, and professional associations.
For 15 years, the summit has consistently been a key platform where partnerships are formed, new ideas emerge, and decisions are made that influence the development of Ukraine's pharmaceutical market. This year's gathering was dedicated to finding development strategies amid regulatory turbulence and market transformation.
Summit participants engaged in an open dialogue between pharmacy chains, distributors, manufacturers, experts, and government representatives. The program covered the latest regulatory changes, economic forecasts, innovations in pharmaceutical retail, and practical case studies.
A particular point of attraction was the interactive PharmXplorer AI stand by Proxima Research, where guests could see firsthand how artificial intelligence helps work with pharmaceutical market data: sales rankings, visual graphs, regional distribution, and key changes — all in just a few clicks.
The summit took place in
the Big Exhibition Hall — a space ideally suited for large-scale conferences and forums. For the event, the hall was divided into several functional zones: the main stage with LED screens and theater-style seating for plenary sessions, a welcome stand and photo zone, and a separate catering zone for comfortable networking between sessions. The flexibility of space configuration allowed organizers to create a cohesive event with smooth transitions between formats. During air raid alerts, guests could use
the shelter on the -1 floor of the complex, ensuring the safety of participants throughout the day.
