On January 29, 2026, Parkovy Congress and Exhibition Centre hosted the large-scale presentation of "For Managers" — the first publishing project by entrepreneur Artem Borodatiuk, founder and CEO of FRACTAL IT Group.

The presentation brought together over 900 managers, CEOs and professionals for whom effective management means responsibility and systematic work above all. Among the guests were leading Ukrainian entrepreneurs, high-ranking officials, public figures and celebrities.
The evening began with a speech by the author. Artem Borodatiuk shared the story behind the three-volume edition he had been working on for 5 years, drawing on his extensive management experience. Borodatiuk emphasised the core idea of his goal-achievement handbook — the book contains clear algorithms for working with people and processes to avoid common mistakes and build strong teams focused on results.
Following the main presentation, a series of Q&A sessions and panel discussions took place featuring renowned speakers from various business and technology sectors. Among those who shared their management knowledge and experience were:
- Oleh Horokhovskyi, co-founder of Fintech-IT Group (Monobank),
- Viacheslav Klymov, co-founder of Nova Poshta,
- Taras Panasenko and Lev Zhydenko, co-founders of Aurora multimarket chain,
- Mykhailo Fedorov, Minister of Defence of Ukraine,
- Oleksii Sobolev, Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine,
- Vladyslav Antypov, entrepreneur and owner of CERN company,
- Vlad Bolsun, CEO of select form merch agency,
- Illia Filipov, founder of EdEra EdTech platform.
To host such a large multiform event, the organisers utilised several venue spaces. The main stage was the
Convention and Concert Hall, transformed into a modern presentation space equipped with large screens for visual content and professional sound system for speeches and discussions. Comfortable theatre seating and viewing balconies accommodated nearly 1000 guests.
The entire third floor of Parkovy was dedicated to the event.
Conference zones were converted into an expo space with lounge areas for guest networking. Partner stands and thematic corners were set up here. Guests could learn more about the FRACTAL ecosystem and the author's projects: Netpeak, Core, Choice31, Forbes, Khartiia, and Moye Misto presented their educational and business initiatives, while Diia.City United community set up a discussion hub for the tech business.
After the presentation, the informal part of the evening continued on the third floor — lively conversations among participants, photo opportunities and an autograph session with the author.
An important highlight of the evening was the charity component. A separate programme block featured an auction in support of the 2nd Corps of the National Guard of Ukraine "Khartiia". The auction raised 540,000 hryvnias.
At the end of the evening, the Parkovy stage hosted a live performance by jazz band Fusion Jams.
