Once again, representatives of the Association of Retailers of Ukraine chose our complex for their event! On February 15, the first specialized RAU HR Conference event was held at the CEC Parkovy for HR directors, recruiting teams, top managers, and CEOs of companies from various retail sectors.
They talked about the impact results of two years of war on the labor market, the issue of mobilizing employees, curbing the outflow of talent from the country, ways to attract talented youth, and more.
The main theme of the event was the question: "How has the labor market in retail changed in two years of a full-scale war, and what were the dynamics in 2023." In total, 13 speakers performed at the event, representing various areas of trade and recruiting, analytics and consulting. The RAU HR Conference brought together HR managers from key players in the retail and commercial real estate sectors, consultants and employees of such companies as ATB, Silpo, Foxtrot, Comfy, Epicentr K, WOG, KLO, Novus, Rozetka, Aurora, JYSK, Flagman, Yabluka, Luxoptica, Vmiske.ua, Podorozhnyk, Territory of minimum prices, KOLO, Kasta, shopping center Cosmo Multimall, SEC Respublika Park, Gulliver MFC, Chic and Shine, Auchan Ukraine, Citrus, Colin's, MOYO, Ukrnafta, ISEI, Our Land, SPAR, SOVA, Yuki, VOVK, Toy House, TSUM Kyiv, Metro Cash & Carry Ukraine, Allo, Papashon Kids, Sport City, Adidas, Puma Ukraine, Antoshka, C4R, Promodo, ProMenu, Pharmacy 9-1-1, LC Waikiki, Good Day Pharmacy, Arricano Group, Zolotiy Vik, Vodafon Ukraine, and many others.
At the opening of the event, Oksana Prikhodko, CEO of the Association of Retailers of Ukraine, addressed the audience with a welcoming speech. She noted that the Association of Retailers has long been analyzing the situation on the labor market through relevant research and organizing separate sessions at RAU events. Nevertheless, in communication with HRD companies, the need for a separate specialized event was clearly formulated, which became the RAU HR Conference. In the future, it is planned to conduct it on a regular basis.
The conference program was divided into two large parts: analysis of the labor market state and work methods to attract and retain staff. Each part consisted of two presentations and a panel discussion.

Small Exhibition Hall, which also housed networking and catering areas. The hall is ideal for conferences, trainings and forums.
Catering, as always, was prepared by professionals of
Parkovy Catering.
During one of the presentations, an air alert sounded. For two years of full-scale invasion, market participants have learned well to respond quickly to any challenges and be ready for anything. Therefore, in six minutes everyone was sitting in the shelter – a "duplicate" hall with all the necessary equipment was organized here – and continued to get acquainted with the labor market analytics.

shelter on the -1 floor.
