On May 18, DOU Day, the first offline conference of the DOU IT community, the largest community of developers in Ukraine, was held at the “Parkovy” Congress and Exhibition Center. Even in such a difficult time, the IT industry continues to develop and find new talents. The large-scale event unfolded in several streams at all locations of the CEC "Parkovy."
The event lasted 15 hours, and the rich program was divided into:

panel discussions on business, innovation, development, and education;
-
networking and meetings of like-minded people;
-
lunch and coffee breaks;
-
raffles for donations;
-
concert of the TNMK group.
The event was attended by more than 1600 people, however, despite the large number of guests, everyone felt comfortable due to the active involvement of all the complex locations. For performances, 6 scenes with lectures and discussions were placed, and a shelter was arranged, where a podium for speakers and the necessary technical equipment were located in case of an air alert.
In the hall, guests were met for welcome-coffee and check-in, and could also get acquainted with the schedule.
The Product Stage was held in the Small Exhibition Hall. Here, guests listened to a number of speeches about innovations, product development, and international cooperation from top speakers of the IT industry - CPO of YouControl, as well as representatives of KOLO, Appflame, Kaizen Hub, and others.
The Large Exhibition Hall was divided into 2 parts, one of which took the place of the Software Stage, where guests could listen to performances on development and production from the leading speakers - the creators of MabBox and CSOSVITA, Projector leads and others. The program was divided into three parts, and experienced IT specialists introduced 5 useful lectures.
On the third floor there were technological stands of partners, where guests got acquainted with the latest developments of such market leaders as Epam, Uklon, Djinni, Genesis, and also had the opportunity to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine with donations. The main activity at the location was the exchange of valuable experience, as well as the opportunity to receive prizes and unforgettable emotions.
The terrace became a place for catering from Parkovy Catering, where visitors could relax and discuss their impressions, as well as enjoy the views of the capital.
Park Hall - the place where the Pro stage DOU Day 2024 was located. Important educational topics were covered here, such as the retention of talents in Ukraine and the development of product IT companies. Speakers were:

Another location of the third floor, namely Rest Hall, became the venue for Micro Stage, which began with a brunch held by AI HOUSE, the largest AI community in Ukraine, and Roosh Investment Group. There were speeches dedicated to administration and cybersecurity in the IT industry, as well as a panel discussion on IT in the war, one of the speakers of which was Ivan Gomenyuk, master of the shock BpAK company, 95th brigade of the DShV, IT specialist in combination.
The Congress and Concert Hall acted as the central location of the event. Speakers of the Main Stage of the event, including:

Taras Chmut, the head of the "Come Back Alive" foundation, who organized a collection of 50 million hryvnias for the 95th separate air assault Polesie brigade, also spoke on one of the panels. All donations, divisible by five hundred hryvnia, could take part. The draw of the brand new Mazda is still ongoing, which one of the participants has a chance to win in gratitude.
Another event at the location was the Architecture Stage, where guests attended performances on the topic of product architecture development. One of the speakers was Victor Tursky - Senior Software Engineer at Google.
The final part of the event was the performance of the TNMK music band..
