Велика гра «Друга навігація»: подія року для СЕО і HRD пройшла у Parkovy

On November 27, Work.ua and the Ukrainian School of Management organized the event “Second Navigation” at Congress and Exhibition Center Parkovy. This was a big game and a profound intellectual journey designed to help explore the question “Why?”

The big game “Second Navigation” unfolded simultaneously in two realms: the real world – at Congress and Exhibition Center Parkovy, where 700 thought leaders gathered, and the virtual world – the metaverse, which was visited by nearly 1,000 participants. These worlds were connected by a portal, allowing both offline and online guests to interact with one another and even take selfies with the real world backdrop near the portal.

The event was held at two locations within the complex. The main hub of a packed program and expert presentations was the Convention and Concert Hall on the third floor.

The event began with a deep and evocative art performance by the bandurist and “Cultural Descent” participant Inna Solodniuk. Immediately after, the big game was officially opened by Artur Mikhno, CEO and co-founder of Work.ua, and Olena Yuzkova, CEO and co-founder of the Ukrainian School of Management.

“This event is about a worldview for CEOs and HRDs. As companies are currently facing challenges in the labor market, finding it difficult to motivate and hire people, Work.ua decided to help solve this problem and share ideas on how it can be done differently. This approach is centered on how a company positions its HR brand in the market, and what it offers its current and potential employees beyond just money and working conditions,” – shared Artur Mikhno, CEO and co-founder of Work.ua.

Among the event’s speakers were also:

  • Ph.D. in Philosophy Natalia Kryvda with the topic “Why Ukraine?”;
  • Writer, political scientist, and chaplain Andriy Zelinsky;
  • Philosopher Oleksandr Filonenko;
  • Ukrainian IT entrepreneur and co-founder of Jooble, Roman Prokofiev;
  • Vice-Rector for External Relations of the Ukrainian Catholic University, Oleh Turiy;
  • Director of Mission and Values at the School of the Free and Compassionate, Oles Pogranichnyi;
  • Deputy Commander of the 12th Special Forces Brigade “Azov” of the National Guard, Svyatoslav Palamar;
  • Psychiatrist and medical psychologist Yevhen Hetmanchuk;
  • Candidate of Biological Sciences Petro Chornomorets.

After the discussion, the audience had the opportunity to enjoy a musical performance by Denys Bloshchynskyi, a Ukrainian musician, entrepreneur, and public figure. Together with the musical project “Paparat,” he performed the composition “The Basics of Human Grammar.”

Simultaneously with the events on the main stage, many exciting activities were unfolding in the metaverse. Approximately 1,000 guests watched performances in the virtual Congress and Exhibition Centre “Parkovy” and became fully immersed in the event’s atmosphere.

Every part of the complex that day was imbued with deep meaning. The coffee break served as a wonderful opportunity for a slow and thoughtful exploration of the venue. A vast and powerful expo area was set up on the third floor of the complex, right next to the Congress and Concert Hall.

At first, guests were greeted by an enormous book space. Another key location was the interactive media sculpture “The Heart of Ukraine” – a result of the collaborative work of Expolight, Valeriy Kuznetsov, and the “Sound Architects.” Equally inspiring was the exhibition “Cities and Their Heroes,” which gathered the stories of those who, when faced with extraordinary circumstances, chose to remain human.

Park Hall Event Space was presented as the venue where, towards the end of the evening, networking flourished. Guests had the opportunity to enjoy delicacies from Parkovy Catering and exchange valuable impressions.

“We grew up in a world where we were conditioned to notice the negative, but there is so much amazing in Ukraine that we often overlook. We also have one more quality – gratitude. Second Navigation is about recognizing that there is also much to be grateful for, as many brilliant ideas and thoughts have been noticed,” – concluded Artur Mikhno.

Parkovy Team thanks the organizers for hosting such a rich, powerful, and captivating event. Waiting for you in 2025!
