On December 9, the Parkovy Convention and Exhibition Center hosted the Ukrainian Energy Security Dialogue 2025 — the fifth annual discussion platform organized by the DiXi Group think tank, dedicated to Ukraine's energy security amid the ongoing war and the global energy transition.
The forum brought together leading Ukrainian and international experts, along with representatives from government, parliament, and the business community. Speakers included Deputy Ministers of Energy of Ukraine, the Chairman of the Board of NPC Ukrenergo, the Minister of Energy of Lithuania, and representatives of the World Bank and the European Commission.
Participants discussed the key challenges facing Ukraine's energy sector: protecting critical infrastructure, developing interconnectors, implementing green technologies, and attracting investment. Particular attention was given to regulatory reforms and integration into EU energy markets.
The event was held in the Small Exhibition Hall — a 500 sq.m space designed in an eco-classic style. The forum featured a circular stage with theater-style seating, creating an atmosphere of open dialogue between speakers and attendees.
The event was organized with the support of the International Renaissance Foundation, the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine, and media partners — the Energy Community, Kyiv Independent, the TV channel "We Are Ukraine," and Ukrainian Radio.
DiXi Group is a think tank that fosters an expert space for discussing Ukraine's energy policy.
Parkovy is proud to serve as the venue where solutions for the country's energy resilience are born.
