On 18 October 2025, the Parkovy Congress and Exhibition Center hosted an event dedicated to women’s leadership, development, and support — SOUL Gala: Ukraine — Women’s Impact.
The event was created by the NGO
“Seeds of Unity & Love.”
In the heart of Kyiv, more than 350 participants gathered from the fields of public administration, business, technology, culture, and education. The focus of the event was to show that women’s leadership is not only about success, but also about responsibility, service, and the ability to drive systemic change.
The event occupied the entire third floor of Parkovy.
The
Convention and Concert Hall served as the main platform for discussions. It hosted a substantive dialogue between women leaders who shape the agenda of social change and practitioners who are implementing new approaches to recovery and social cohesion.
The event was structured around five panel discussions, with speakers including:
- Halyna Hryhorenko — First Deputy Minister of Culture and Strategic Communications of Ukraine,
- Nataliia Dmytrenko — Head of the Analytics and Monitoring Department at the Office of the President of Ukraine,
- Ilona Stankevych — Head of the Communications Office at the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine,
- Yuliia Chufistova — Member of the Presidium of the Club of Ukrainian Mayors, Director of the UMEDA Development Agency,
- Hanna Krysiuk — Advisor to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, founder of Business Woman magazine,
- Hanna Mikulytska — Managing Director of SAP Ukraine,
- Valeriia Kushnerchuk — Executive Director of Diia City Union,
- Iryna Lehkobyt — Co-founder and CFO of Deus Robotics, Director of the Ukrainian Robotics Market Association,
- Anastasiia Shevchenko — CEO of Global HR Solutions, Regional Director at LHH, author of Digital Era,
- Yuliana Onyshchuk — CEO and founder of the Energy Act for Ukraine Foundation,
- Yuliia Malich — Head of Public Policy at Bolt, Board Member of Bold Women in Tech,
- Marta Romaniak — Vice President for Global Branding at AVNG, Member of the UK–Ukraine Tech Bridge Council,
- Oleksandr Hontar — Communications Director for Mastercard Ukraine and Moldova,
- Iryna Shynkarenko — Director of Advertising and Marketing at the Epicentr K retail chain, and many others.
The organizers also used the
conference zones next to the Convention and Concert Hall, dedicating these spaces to catering and networking. Guests were additionally treated to a live performance by the band FrankyJazz.
