On October 2, a new event from NV – "Business and War. Dialogues about the future." was held at Parkovy CEC. For the third year in a row, the media holding gathers representatives of business and government in one hall for a frank conversation about the pressing problems of entrepreneurs, and at the same time – the most effective cases of their solution.
The event unfolded in the entire
Big Exhibition Hall (BEH) with an area of 2000 square meters on the ground floor of the complex. The central part of the location was used as a zone for performances – the organizers built a large stage, opposite which there was a theater seating for guests, complemented by comfortable sofas.
The BEH’s
conference rooms were combined into a special hall, separated from the central part by soundproof mobile partitions. Here the organizers placed catering and networking zones where guests could communicate without interfering with the conference.
During the event, the participants discussed such important topics as the shortage of energy resources, problems with logistics, the work of Ukrainian business in the current conditions, taxes, as well as the effectiveness of the economic platform "Made in Ukraine." Speakers of the event "Business and War. Dialogues about the future" were:

- Evgeny Zaigraiev – Member of the Board of PrivatBank;
- Andrii Bukin – Deputy Chairman of the Board of Pivdenny Bank;
- Anatoly Reder – CEO and co-founder of InterChem;
- Ruslan Shostak – President of TERWIN Corporation;
- Mykhailo Polyakov – Deputy General Director for Corporate Relations, Philip Morris Ukraine;
- Artem Logachev – Director of Organizational Management Department of Metinvest Group, and many others.
On the eve of NV, in partnership with Odgers Berndtson, Ukraine identified the best employer companies in the country. Within the framework of the event, successful stories of business development in the conditions of war were heard and the ceremony of awarding of CEO and HRD of the winning companies was held.
