У “Парковому” стартувала 11-та формаційна програма Української академії лідерства

On 13 September 2025, the Congress and Exhibition Centre Parkovy became the venue for the official opening of the 11th formation programme of the Ukrainian Leadership Academy ( ULA).

The Ukrainian Leadership Academy is an institution that, since 2015, has been providing young people and active community members with access to transformative education that unlocks their potential and strengthens their impact on society. This year, more than 100 students joined the new cohort of the year-long programme, which will be held across three hubs in Lviv, Kyiv and Uzhhorod.

The opening brought together students and their families, ULA founders and team, partners, alumni and friends of the Academy.

The event took place in the Convention and Concert Hall — a location the organisers have chosen many times before for key milestones.

Among the distinguished guests were Yaroslava Johnson, President and CEO of the Ukraine–Moldova American Enterprise Fund (UMAEF); Luc Jacobs, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Belgium to Ukraine; Mykola Trofymenko, Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine; Olena Artazei, Member of the Management Board of Naftogaz of Ukraine; Olena Kosharna, Co-founder and Member of the Supervisory Board of ULA; and Oleksii Vasiliuk, ULA alumnus and serviceman.

Speakers addressed the students with warm words of support as they embark on an important new stage of their lives. “The Ukrainian Leadership Academy was created as a platform for the formation and holistic development of outstanding, talented Ukrainian youth who have leadership potential, strong values and integrity, a thirst for knowledge and the ability to drive meaningful change in their communities and in Ukraine as a whole. We are extremely happy and proud that you have chosen ULA for self-discovery, growth and development. I sincerely wish you to get the most out of this formation programme and become responsible and conscious leaders. And let us remember: by shaping ourselves, we shape Ukraine. Every tomorrow begins today,” emphasised Roman Tychkivskyi, Head of the Ukrainian Leadership Academy.

All attendees honoured the memory of ULA alumni who have fallen in the war and expressed gratitude to all servicemembers currently defending Ukraine. By tradition, the event concluded with students and guests forming a large circle to sing the song “Ukraina” together.

During the event, the organisers used Parkovy’s in-house screens and projection equipment, ensuring clear visualisation of content and a comfortable experience in a mixed-format setup.

The technical configuration included:

  • Main screen: 247.5 × 440 cm, 9:16 ratio
  • Projection: 2 × Panasonic DW11KE
  • Luminous flux: 11,000 lm
  • Contrast ratio: 10,000:1
  • Power consumption of each projector: 950 W

Parkovy Team thanks the organisers for choosing our venue and for trusting a space where ideas and opportunities meet in the best possible way.

We look forward to future events together!
