On October 24–25, 2025, Kyiv hosted the annual RE:START 2025 conference across two venues at Parkovy Congress and Exhibition Center — a large-scale event for entrepreneurs, executives, creators, and sales and marketing professionals.
The organizers chose the complex for the second year in a row. Over two days, the conference welcomed 1,000+ attendees, uniting the business community around ideas of rebooting, innovation, and the growth of young businesses.
The conference ran simultaneously in Parkovy’s Convention and Concert Hall and the Event Hall on the third floor, set up respectively as the Main Stage and Mini Stage. Both spaces were arranged in a theater-style format with a stage, large LED screens, and audience seating, and also included areas for networking and relaxation.
One of RE:START 2025’s standout features was its unconventional speaking formats that challenged typical conference standards. Some speakers delivered their talks while literally running on treadmills прямо on stage. Among them:
These experiments served as a metaphor: business growth and momentum begin with internal movement and personal change.
Across both days, three thematic tracks operated in parallel: Business track, Tech track, and Startup & Investment track. In total, 70+ speakers — industry leaders, top executives, entrepreneurs, and innovators — covered a wide range of topics: from Ukrainian “unicorn” case studies and FinTech trends to startup failure lessons and the impact of AI on business models.
An interactive expo zone was designed as a mini “startup city.” Dozens of young companies showcased their projects, alongside partner stands and pop-up corners for charitable foundations. Attendees could freely explore new technologies, products, and services and speak directly with their creators. The expo was set up in the pre-function area along the entire third floor.
The program also included practical workshops and Q&A sessions — including unusual formats such as “reverse Q&A,” where speakers asked the audience questions to spark deeper dialogue.
Even before the first sessions began, guests were welcomed by a morning DJ set from Kyiv Morning Coffee Club. Each day ended with a live music performance on the main stage: on day one, the popular indie band Latexfauna performed; on day two, the exclusive project Hyphen Dash took the stage, blending modern jazz, hip-hop, and electronic influences.
Organizers emphasized that the conference’s mission is to inspire the business community to reboot its mindset and search for non-standard growth paths: “The best solution is always RE:START.”
Thank you to AIN.ua for choosing Parkovy for the second year in a row and for the strong collaboration!
