On March 24, 2026, Parkovy hosted Tech360: Policy Meets Technology — an annual offline conference organized by the IT Ukraine Association. The main focus of the event was the development of IT business and state technology policy.
The event brought together executives of IT companies, government representatives, and members of the expert community around one shared question: how to build a competitive digital economy amid war, regulatory changes, and rapid technological progress. Tech360 gathered more than 600 participants and over 50 speakers.
The team used the entire first floor of the complex for the event.
The conference was built around two main formats — the Strategic Stage in the
Big Exhibition Hall and the Focus Session area in the
Small Exhibition Hall opposite it. The morning began with registration and the presentation of the study “Code of the Economy” — an attempt to provide evidence-based insight into the role of the IT sector in the country’s transformation.
In the 2,000 sq. m Big Exhibition Hall, the organizers set up a stage with theatre-style seating arranged along the space, while the perimeter was dedicated to the expo area and partner interactive zones. The hall configuration was created using mobile soundproof partitions, allowing the space to be zoned according to the organizer’s specific needs.
The focus was on key panel discussions covering the digital economy as a driver of growth, prospects for the local IT market, digital transformation of defense, investment in technology, and financial support tools for MSMEs. Separate blocks addressed the talent market, the labor market, and innovations for the IT sector.
The 500 sq. m Small Exhibition Hall was divided into two parts — a lounge area with a buffet and a separate space for Focus Sessions in a roundtable format. The focus sessions were structured as moderated discussions on cooperation between business and education, migration from hostile software to secure solutions, and the scaling of social projects by IT companies.
During the air raid alert, the main part of the program was quickly moved to the
shelter on the -1 floor, where an identical setup was created with theatre-style seating, a stage, and fully operational technical equipment. Thanks to the unique nature of the transformable complex, the organizers ensured both continuity and safety for the event.
The meaningful finale of the day was the Tech360: Brand Impact ceremony — an award recognizing communication initiatives in the IT industry, announced as part of the conference. This year, more than seventy projects were submitted. During the breaks, guests also enjoyed active networking and coffee breaks by
Parkovy Catering.
