On October 31, Parkovy Congress and Exhibition Center hosted “Power of Women in Agri 2025” — Ukraine’s first conference dedicated to women in the agricultural sector. A full house of participants from across the country — entrepreneurs, farmers, and industry experts — came together to send a clear message: women in agri are not on the sidelines, but at the center of change.
The event laid the foundation for a women-led agri community where new leadership and mutual support can grow — and Parkovy became the place where this story began.
Participants listened to speakers, shared experience, and found like-minded peers. The conference created space for honest conversations about challenges, opportunities, and the future of women in the agricultural industry.
The atmosphere was shaped by partners: landscape aesthetics by SAD.UA, décor by VITRAGE ART filled the space with harmony of light and color, while craft partners ChocoLAV, Skrylnykiv Family Cheese Dairy, YourBee Honey, and Lavandina added flavor and warmth.

The conference took place in the
Big Exhibition Hall — a versatile space in a modern industrial style. The hall was set up in a conference format with a large LED-screen stage for speakers and theater-style seating for guests. The flexibility of the venue helped create comfortable conditions for a packed agenda and lively communication between attendees.
“Power of Women in Agro” is an initiative uniting women who are driving Ukraine’s agricultural sector forward.
