On December 10, 2025, Kyiv hosted the year’s flagship event for Ukraine’s HR community — the
SPRAVZHNI HR Brand Ukraine 2025 Conference and Awards Ceremony, held at Parkovy.
Organized by Eclectic Talents Group, the event brought together CEOs and HR directors in the heart of the capital to discuss labor market transformation and the roles of business and government amid today’s challenges. Throughout the day, speakers shared how people-centric strategies, leadership, corporate culture, and technology strengthen company resilience, particularly in wartime.
This year, HR Brand Ukraine 2025 SPRAVZHNI unfolded across multiple Parkovy locations. The third floor hosted guest registration, lounge areas for networking, and partner expo zones.
The main program took place in the large
Convention & Concert Hall, transformed into the conference’s central stage. The hall featured wide-format LED screens and modern sound and lighting systems, ensuring strong visuals and clear audio throughout the venue. Theatre-style seating provided comfortable sightlines for hundreds of attendees, while dedicated zones were allocated for TV cameras and technical teams.
The first half of the day included keynote speeches and panel discussions with business leaders, top HR experts, and representatives of public institutions.
“Creating conditions for veterans to return to work — considering their experience, needs, and potential — proved especially important. We see strong progress from businesses in this direction,” noted Larysa Onypko, leader of the HR Brand Ukraine Award.
The second half of the day featured the awards ceremony honoring the winners of HR Brand Ukraine 2025. This year, 50 leading Ukrainian and international companies competed with more than 70 unique HR projects. Projects were evaluated by a professional jury of recognized HR experts, business leaders, and academics, while the integrity and impartiality of the voting were ensured by an independent auditor — PwC. Special awards from the Organizing Committee were presented to Educational Center Perspektyva (NGO), UKRSIBBANK, Ciklum, and Arterium, alongside individual honors.
