On August 26, 2024, the All-Ukrainian educational conference "Serpneva – 2024" was held at the Parkovy Congress and Exhibition Center, which this year was held in a hybrid format. Despite the massive missile attack, guests and participants gathered at the event to discuss key decisions and transformations in the education system, as well as future educational prospects.
The goal of "Serpneva" was to create a quality dialogue between educators, government, public and business for the successful reform of the educational sphere in Ukraine.
The event took place on the third floor of the CEC Parkovy, where guests were registered and could get acquainted with the stands dedicated to the education and improvement of educational processes.
The conference opening took place in a shelter on the -1 floor of the complex, as the air alert lasted for 8 hours, and security is the highest priority point of any event. Guests and participants were freely accommodated in a spacious, technologically equipped location, certified as the simplest shelter.
The event was opened and the first speaker of the event was Mykhailo Fedorov, Deputy Prime Minister for Innovation, Education, Science and Technology Development – Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine. He presented the main directions of development of the educational system in Ukraine, focusing on digitalization.
The event covered several main locations of the complex, where discussion panels and speeches of speakers continued simultaneously. Consequently, the experts performed on 4 stages, one of which was the Convention and Concert Hall.
Several discussions were organized on such important topics as: restoring access to education, education in war conditions, education as a state strategy, vocational schools of the future, social and emotional development in kindergartens, alternative educational opportunities and others.
Among the speakers:

On the summer terrace, participants had the opportunity to exchange experiences and admire the views of the Dnipro, as well as take part in networking at the school lunch from Parkovy Catering. Holding events in Ukraine today is more than just organizing events. This is the art of adaptation, commitment to security and the ability to respond to challenges even in the most difficult conditions.
Parkovy team is grateful to the organizers for the choice of the complex and trust. We are proud that, despite all the circumstances, educational engines do not stop, and the mission to optimize the educational process continues to be fulfilled. See you later!
