On June 23, 2024, at the Parkovy Congress and Exhibition Center, more than one and a half thousand guests gathered at the Incrypted Conference 2024, the main event in the framework of the Ukrainian Blockchain Week 2024, held by the publication Incrypted. The event brought together an active community of founders and representatives of leading companies, as well as experts and connoisseurs of Web3.
Especially for the event, the organizers developed large-scale branding for the external and internal planes of CEC Parkovy. Bright banners adorned the entrance group to Parkovy: columns and facade of the building, company and sponsor logos were additionally placed on elevator doors, in the escalator area, and walls.

The event took place on the third floor of the CEC Parkovy. It began with registration and familiarization with the program. During the day, guests had the opportunity to visit partner stands presented at the location, communicate with each other, participate in discussions, and share experiences and impressions.
The official opening of the conference took place in the
Convention and Concert Hall, where the most saturated part of the program took place. 30 speakers presented their ideas, shared their expertise on blockchain, digital development of Ukraine, discussed the challenges and prospects of Web3 transformation. The conference also brought together representatives of foreign European companies that came to the event from the USA and Europe.

The conference was also attended by the co-founder of the Ethereum project Vitaly Buterin, who, during the awarding of the winners of the ETHKyiv hackathon at the Encrypted Conference 2024, signed the flag of Ukraine, played during the fundraising to help Ukrainian soldiers.

Oleksandr Bornyakov, Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine on the development of the IT sphere, presented a new registered bill, which can really be a compromise between the authorities, business representatives and users of digital assets.
On the
summer terrace, guests could take part in networking, enjoy snacks and drinks from Parkovy Catering and admire the slopes of the Dnipro. For greater convenience, it was possible to park cars on the observation deck, from which you can immediately get to the terrace.
The event was supported by the largest crypto companies such as Solana Foundation, Binance, Obmify, ChainGPT, NYM, Hacken, Dollet, and others, which were also represented at the event.
