On September 10, 2026, the first international forum RECOVERY 360 took place at Parkovy, dedicated to the development of modern infrastructure for long-term recovery in Ukraine.
The forum was held with the support of the Ministry for Veterans Affairs of Ukraine and the Subcommittee on Social Protection and Protection of Veterans’ Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committee on Social Policy and Protection of Veterans’ Rights, with the participation of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine, the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, the State Property Fund of Ukraine, and the Federation of Trade Unions of Ukraine.
On this day, representatives of state authorities, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, communities, the veteran community, health resort and rehabilitation facilities, businesses, investors, and international experts gathered at Parkovy.
Minister for Veterans Affairs of Ukraine Vitalii Kim addressed the Forum participants in a video message. The Forum was opened by musician, singer, and war veteran DAVYD, who exclusively presented his debut single “Zasynai”.
Deputy Minister for Veterans Affairs Olha Maliarchuk, who emphasized the importance of communication and coordination of processes between the Ministry for Veterans Affairs, the Ministry of Health, and the Ministry of Social Policy.
The forum also featured:
Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports of Ukraine Serhii Tymofieiev;
Deputy Minister of Health Valeriia Soruchan;
Deputy Minister of Social Policy Inna Solodka;
Head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine Dmytro Natalukha.
The program combined the main stage, exhibition and media zones, Q&A, networking, and the opportunity for direct exchange of experience between representatives of different fields. For this format, the Small Exhibition Hall at Parkovy, with an area of 500 sq. m, was chosen — a space that easily adapted to the intensive schedule of the day.
Here, the stage operated simultaneously, partner stands were located, professional meetings took place, and a reception area was also provided. Therefore, after the panel discussions, participants could continue the conversation in a more informal atmosphere, meet new people, and discuss possible points of cooperation.
The central theme of the forum was the transformation of health resort infrastructure and its rethinking as part of a modern long-term recovery system. The focus was on veterans and their families, accessibility without barriers, availability of services, family recovery, modernization of existing facilities, attracting investments, public-private partnerships, and international experience.
But RECOVERY 360 was not only about discussing current challenges, but also about creating an environment for finding practical solutions and new partnerships. In this format, the Small Exhibition Hall at Parkovy brought together a meaningful program, exhibition, and networking in one cohesive space.
Thank you to the organizers and participants of RECOVERY 360 for their trust.
See you at Parkovy!
