On December 3–4, 2025, the Congress and Exhibition Center Parkovy hosted two major events for Ukraine’s retail market for the second time in a row: RAU Summit 2025 and the festive RAU Awards 2025 ceremony.
Both events, organized by the Retail Association of Ukraine, took place in Parkovy’s Big Exhibition Hall, which was reconfigured in less than 24 hours — from a conference venue into a space for an evening gala. The hall’s versatility makes it possible to host events of any format within a single location.
RAU Summit 2025, held on December 3, became the key B2B event for Ukrainian retail and commercial real estate. The Big Exhibition Hall was set up as a modern business conference:
In total, around 40 speakers took the stage — top executives from leading retail and development companies, government representatives, and B2B experts. RAU Summit 2025 welcomed over 560 participants from across Ukraine, offering a unique opportunity at Parkovy for networking and professional experience exchange.
The program featured CEO keynotes and dynamic panel discussions. Key topics included commercial real estate, omnichannel strategy, consumer behavior, HR, marketing, digital transformation, company management, and expected changes in 2026.
The very next day, Parkovy was fully transformed for RAU Awards 2025 — the annual ceremony honoring the best companies in Ukraine’s retail and commercial real estate sectors.
The atmosphere that evening was formal and celebratory: guests enjoyed an elegant reception, and the stage design was upgraded for the gala format. RAU Awards 2025 recognized achievements across 28 categories, covering both retail chains and shopping and entertainment centers. Categories included best retailers in various segments, leading malls, and special awards for Person of the Year and the most dynamic business.
The expert jury that helped select winners from more than 120 nominees included: Andrii Zhuk, Head of the Retail Association of Ukraine; Ihor Khyzhniak, CEO of Comfy; Mykola Shcherbyna, CEO of ANC pharmacy chain; Nataliia Kravets, Commercial Director at Dragon Capital Property Management; Yuliia Shchaslyva, CEO of Respublika Park Mall LLC; Maksym Havriushyn, Head of URTC and COO of Budhouse Group; Oleh Bondarenko, Co-owner of Sport City; and others.
Parkovy Team thanks the organizers for consistently choosing our venue to host two large-scale events for Ukraine’s retail industry. Thank you — and see you at the next one!
