On February 12, RAU HR Conference 2026 took place at the Parkovy Congress & Exhibition Center — one of the key HR events of the year, bringing together around 270 participants from more than 145 companies. HRDs, CEOs, top managers, and experts from retail, logistics, energy, IT, and other industries gathered to address one of the country’s most pressing challenges: the shortage of people.
The conference focused on issues that today define not only HR strategy but business survival itself: where to find talent, how to retain teams, how to respond to demographic shifts, and how HR leaders should operate in wartime conditions.
The stage featured 28 speakers, including:
Special attention was given to the panel discussion “From ‘Closing Vacancies’ to ‘Sustaining the Business’,” where speakers explored management decisions that help companies remain resilient and protect their teams.
The conference was held in the Big Exhibition Hall. A central stage with a large LED screen was installed for keynote sessions, while theater-style seating was arranged between the columns. The open space on both sides of the stage was used for partner booths and a catering area.
To ensure guests’ safety, the organizers prepared a backup setup in the shelter on level -1, allowing the program to continue comfortably even during air raid alerts.
The general partner of the event was robota.ua.
