On February 12, 2026, in Kyiv, at Parkovy Convention and Exhibition Center, the flagship annual meeting of the community of signatories to the Veteran-Friendly Business Principles took place under the theme “Principled Advantage.” The event focused on public accountability and the practical implementation of support standards for defenders and their families.
The event unfolded across multiple zones of the venue:
One of the venue’s key advantages is its flexibility to adapt spaces precisely to the organizers’ needs. In the main hall, a semicircular stage and theater-style seating were arranged, complemented by a wide LED backdrop with dynamic screens tailored to each session.
The day began with registration and welcome coffee, followed by an opening performance and a moment of remembrance.
The program then progressed through thematic blocks covering the full spectrum of veteran-focused business policies:
More than 60 speakers took the stage throughout the day, representing government, business, international partners, civil society, and the veteran community.
Among the key participants were Natalia Kalmykova, Jonas Stewart, Oleksandr Bohutskyi, and Ivona Kostyna.
The event was hosted by Vadym Karpiak and Yana Brenzey.
The Starlight Media team delivered an event that effectively connected business, government, international partners, and the veteran community around clear standards of support and measurable outcomes.
We thank the organizers for their trust and for delivering such a meaningful event.
