On August 9, at Parkovy Congress & Exhibition Center, Oriflame hosted a packed Beauty Insider Forum—five hours on wellbeing in all its dimensions: from beauty and health to business, inspiration, and community.
This large-scale event wouldn’t have been possible without the Oriflame team’s bold idea, the creative approach of Plombir Event Agency, and the versatility of our venue’s spaces. Oriflame set out to show that caring for beauty is far more than cosmetics.
Stage 1 — Forum
Parkovy
Convention and Concert Hall served as the main stage for an energetic start. Within 750 m², organizers built a dedicated stage with a runway and a wide screen backdrop, while dynamic lighting created ideal conditions for the key addresses. Oriflame created a powerful discussion platform where business, inspiration, and personal transformation came together.
The forum featured a keynote by Masha Efrosinina, along with six substantive talks and two panel discussions: Antonina Samoylova spoke about discipline and endurance; Aliona Piddubna—about the physical dimension and nutrition; Khrystyna Reshetnik—about the social dimension and the power of communities; and Iryna Yaremenko and Oleksii Sevruk—about leadership, balance, and building a business. Overall, Oriflame brought together thought leaders to underscore the importance of the topic.
Coffee breaks were held on the
summer terrace—577 m² with panoramic views of the Dnipro River and the Kyiv hills—creating that very “wow-effect” breather when guests could both recharge and continue networking.
Stage 2 — Expo
After the talks, guests were invited to the
Big Exhibition Hall. Here, organizers created a fantastic expo zone with testing stations, product diagnostics, and networking. The 2,000 m² layout allowed comfortable flow zoning, dedicated areas for registration, photo spots, and partner activities—while preserving open space for free guest movement.
Stage 3 — Banquet
While lively discussions and interactives continued on the first floor, the Parkovy and Plombir Event Agency teams quickly transformed the Congress & Concert Hall into a festive banquet space. Theater seating made way for round tables—a format that fostered a celebratory atmosphere and close communication.
This part of the event combined performances by top Ukrainian stars with an awards ceremony honoring women leaders in the beauty industry. Anna Trincher and other artists performed on stage, and monetary awards were presented to recognize achievements within the Oriflame community.
For more intimate conversations,
Park Hall Event Space was used for several hours. Meetings with community leaders, active networking, and relaxed conversations over a glass—this venue, with a private covered terrace and stunning views of the Dnipro, was made for just that.
Special attention was paid to safety. In case of an alert, a
shelter on -1 floor—an area of 1,000 m²—was operational. Organizers set up an additional on-site configuration, enabling the swift relocation of guests and ensuring program continuity without stress for the team or speakers.
One hundred percent of ticket proceeds were directed to the “Mother and Baby Heart” program of the Amosov Institute—a decision that gave the event a meaningful charitable purpose.
