In December 2024, the Congress and Exhibition Center “Parkovy” hosted an event where leaders from public administration, business, and international relations openly and honestly shared their “oops moments.”
At the event gathered those who:
- Are unafraid of making mistakes and ready to turn failures into new opportunities;
- Value candor—honest stories from leaders about challenges and setbacks;
- Seek insights—practical lessons for advancing their own projects;
- Strive to grow—looking for new connections, experience-sharing, and inspiration.
The event took place in the underground
shelter on level –1 of the complex. Organizers transformed the 1,000 m² space into an elegant venue complete with seating, decorations, and a large stage.
Throughout the hall, stands from the organizers and large partner installations—from Superhumans Center, Nouvel Amour Flowers, and others—were on display.
The evening program, which lasted over five hours, covered these socially significant topics:
- Reforms in the public sector and business
- Progress in governance and policy
- Innovations in the private sector
- Charity and humanitarian initiatives
- International relations and foreign policy
- Resilience in wartime
Numerous top speakers took the stage, including Ihor Mazepa, CEO of Concorde Capital; Ihor Lisky, Founder of the investment company EFI Group; Andriy Stavnytsier, Co-owner & CEO of TIS Port and Founder of Superhumans; Serhiy Kovalenko, CEO of YASNO; Kateryna Zagoriy, Chair of the Board at pharmaceutical company Darnitsa and Founder of the Zagoriy Foundation and many more.
After the formal program, guests enjoyed an awards ceremony followed by cocktail networking.
