On the eve of the Day of Unity, the Ukrainian Volunteer Service organized a National Conference on the temporarily occupied territories within the framework of the project "Blyzki".
On January 20 and 21, the Ukrainian Volunteer Service within the framework of the project "Blyzki" organized a two-day National Conference on the occupied territories under the slogan: "Ukrainians are close to Ukrainians." The second day of the conference was held at the Parkovy Congress and Exhibition Center.
The event was supported by the USAID’s UCBI project.
The event was attended by Iryna Vereshchuk, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine, Oleksandra Matviichuk, Head of the Center for Civil Liberties.
Anna Bondarenko, founder and head of the Ukrainian Volunteer Service and Vera Pasishnyuk, head of the program to support volunteers in the temporarily occupied and front-line territories "Blyzki" made an introductory speech during the event.
Within the framework of the conference, panel discussions were held with the participation of top officials, public figures, representatives of volunteer foundations, and the media community.
This important event took place in a Small Exhibition Hall on the first floor of the CEC Parkovy.
