On December 12, 2024, at Parkovy Congress and Exhibition Center, the event of the year in the HR industry took place – the awarding ceremony of the HR-brand Ukraine 2024 Award winners for the best achievements in human resource management and the “SVITY” Conference. This season, 46 leading Ukrainian and international companies were nominated for the HR-brand Award, presenting 63 projects to compete for the title of the best.
After the conference, a spectacular awarding ceremony for the HR-brand Ukraine 2024 Award winners took place. Both parts of the event were held on the third floor of the Congress and Exhibition Center, specifically in the Convention and Concert Hall.
At the HR-brand “SVITY” Conference, important topics were raised: human capital as the foundation for an economic breakthrough; the search for reserves to relaunch the labor market; human-centricity, meaning creation, diversity, and inclusivity; the reintegration of veterans into civilian life; and a change in the paradigm of leadership, training and CEO development, as well as how companies can become better employers for their employees.
During the conference, participants had the opportunity to stroll along the floor, explore the partner booths, take memorable photos in the designated photo zone, and engage in networking and experience sharing. Thanks to the scale and convenience of the venue, guests moved quickly and participated in all the activities offered by the event.

After the conference, a professional jury determined the winners of the Award in 15 nominations, taking into account the modernity and innovativeness of the projects, the effectiveness and efficiency of the solutions, their impact on the development of human capital, and the support provided to employees.

The challenges Ukraine faces are grand, but the response of our companies and specialists is a source of pride,” – commented Maria Abdullina, Head of the OLX Work and a member of the HR-brand Award Jury.
The mission of the HR-brand Award is to raise standards in human capital management, to foster the development of the HR industry through the dissemination of best practices and innovative solutions in people management.

After the ceremonial part, guests took part in “Sweets&Wine,” where, in a warm atmosphere, they exchanged impressions, enjoyed a snack, and relaxed.
