On November 4, Parkovy Congress and Exhibition Center hosted WINWIN Summit 2025: The Power of Innovations — an event focused on strengthening Ukraine’s innovation capacity. The forum brought together representatives of government, business, science, education, and international institutions to align joint actions toward building a next-generation tech economy.
The event ran across several Parkovy venues in parallel.
Park Hall Event Hall was one of the summit’s central venues. Organizers set up a stage and theater-style seating to host panel discussions, keynotes, interviews, and presentations on topics such as:
A core idea of WINWIN Summit 2025 was positioning AI as a national and economic strategy. The summit presented the first results of the WINWIN Innovation Strategy, as well as a draft AI Development Strategy outlining Ukraine’s ambition to move toward the top three global leaders in AI.
The Big Exhibition Hall (2,000 sq. m) became the heart of the summit, hosting a series of expert talks featuring, among others:
Parkovy’s unique layout enabled multiple key activities to run simultaneously, while helping guests navigate quickly and attend all essential sessions.
An expo zone featured stands from Mastercard, N-iX, Ukrsibbank, Softbook, 3D Metal Tech, Esper Bionics, Melt Water, Wantent, CheckEye, and many other partners.
Organizers created a large-scale setup:
The Big Exhibition Hall proved ideal for expo formats: booths were placed along the perimeter while the center remained open for smooth movement and networking. For organizers, this also meant efficient logistics — a convenient technical entrance and loading area, plus the ability to zone a large space for multiple scenarios within a single day.
During WINWIN Summit 2025, several key announcements and agreements related directly to AI development in Ukraine were made:
Nearby, in the Small Exhibition Hall across the corridor, the Global Government Technology Centre in Kyiv together with the WINWIN AI Centre of Excellence hosted a roundtable, “Artificial Intelligence in the Digital State of the Future,” where experts from government and business discussed AI’s role in transforming public administration.
The space featured long discussion tables, bold banners, and theater-style seating for the audience.
The event was organized by the IT Ukraine Association with the support of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.
Parkovy Team thanks the organizers for consistently choosing our venue for shaping the steps that define Ukraine’s future.
See you again soon!
