April Theses 2026: International Joint Replacement Seminar at Parkovy

On April 24, Parkovy Convention and Exhibition Center hosted April Theses 2026, a scientific and practical seminar with international participation dedicated to joint replacement. The event brought together 563 participants, including Ukrainian doctors and renowned international experts and researchers in the field.

The seminar was organised by the Kyiv City Orthopedic Joint Replacement Centre and the Lehka Khoda charitable organisation.

For more than 20 years, April Theses has been bringing international practical expertise to Ukraine, enabling Ukrainian joint replacement specialists to immediately apply the latest knowledge and approaches in their work.

This year’s central theme focused on clinical solutions for complex cases, including joint replacement following trauma and revision surgery required due to complications after primary procedures. The seminar brought together orthopaedic trauma specialists, orthopaedic surgeons, experts from related medical fields and representatives of the medical device industry.

The event combined a programme of expert presentations with the Advantages of Modern Orthopaedics medical device exhibition.

The event took place in the 2,000 sq. m industrial-style Big Exhibition Hall. Mobile soundproof partitions divided the space into two areas. One half featured a conference setup with a stage for speakers and theatre-style seating, while the other accommodated an Expo area showcasing medical devices and a catering zone.
