Conference “War & Finances: How Ukraine Will Fund Itself Next Year” Held at Parkovy

On December 12, 2025, Park Hall Event Space at Parkovy hosted the conference “War & Finances: How Ukraine Will Fund Itself Next Year”, organized by the business community Ukraine Business Network.

The event served as UBN’s final quarterly meeting of 2025, traditionally bringing together representatives of business, public institutions, and international partners. The conference focused on key issues of macroeconomic forecasting and financing Ukraine during wartime — how the state will cover the budget deficit and attract private capital to support the economy.

Speakers included:

• Andrew Pryma, Founder of UBN;
• Mark McNamee, Co-founder;
• Volodymyr Lepushynskyi, Deputy Governor of the National Bank of Ukraine;
• Oleksandr Kava, Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine;
• Yannis Kyriakopoulos, Chairman of the Management Board, Piraeus Bank Ukraine;
• Wesley Jordan, CEO, VisionFund Ukraine;
• Ruslan Spivak, Director, Institutional Clients Department, Raiffeisen Bank;
• Viacheslav Andriiko, CEO, Willis Towers Watson Ukraine.

The venue was flexibly adapted to the event’s needs. The main hall was arranged in a theater-style seating format. Organizers also created several themed zones, including an exhibition corner featuring elements of the STEEL display, as well as a networking area for conversations between sessions.

The catering area by Parkovy Catering was set up next to the main hall — on the complex’s heated terrace, guests were offered drinks and a buffet, providing a relaxed setting to continue discussions. For added convenience, a dedicated registration desk operated at the entrance.

War & Finances became the fourth UBN event at Parkovy in 2025. Our cooperation has now entered its second year, and our team truly values that Parkovy is the place where the English-speaking business community gathers to discuss Ukraine’s economy, investment, and recovery. Meetings like these build a practical bridge between Ukraine and global partners — and we’re proud to be the space where this dialogue happens.
