- “Banker Awards 2025” – October 1, 2025

On October 1, the country’s financial community will gather for the Banker Awards 2025 ceremony — an award from the portal Banker.ua that recognizes the best achievements and innovations in Ukraine’s banking sector and business. This event has already earned the reputation of the main financial event of the year, a kind of “trust marker” in professional circles.

- "Lean Summit 2025: The Future Is Created by People" – October 2–3, 2025

On October 2–3, the annual two-day Lean Summit 2025 will take place, which is being held at Parkovy for the second time and brings together supporters of the philosophy of lean production from all over the country. Organized by Lean Institute Ukraine, a certified representative of the global Lean Global Network, this event promises the highest level of expertise and practice.
Lean Summit 2025 is two days of intensives, workshops, and real cases where Lean methodology transforms businesses and entire industries. About 700 participants from the fields of manufacturing, services, IT, and public administration will gather to share experience and adopt effective tools.
- "Amputee Rehab Summit 2025" – October 4–5, 2025

On October 4–5, Parkovy will host an international conference on comprehensive physical rehabilitation. The full-scale war has posed a huge challenge to Ukraine’s system of physical therapy and prosthetics, so the summit aims to form a new system of knowledge and practical skills for specialists.
Over two days, participants — among them physical therapists, rehabilitation specialists, prosthetists, and surgeons — will listen to lectures by leading American experts. The program covers the most relevant topics of modern rehabilitation: pain management, the newest techniques for working with phantom sensations, prosthetics of upper and lower limbs, rehabilitation of patients with loss of vision, and a comprehensive multidisciplinary approach. On the same day, October 4, Parkovy will also gather the entire dental community of Ukraine at the Ukrainian Dental Forum 2025 — an event aimed at practicing dentists, clinic owners, and managers. This is the main forum for practicing dentists that offers a look into the future of the industry. During one intensive day, participants will learn what dentistry will look like in 5 years, where the market is moving, and what skills need to be mastered already today to successfully develop a practice.

On October 7, LUN Conference 2025 will take place at Parkovy — the largest meeting of specialists in Ukraine’s real estate market. In the complex, guests will find frank conversations: about 800 agents and realtors and 300 developers will gather together to discuss the state of the industry and its prospects.

On October 7, Parkovy will also gather HR and business specialists at the III annual forum “OLX Robota: People Power 2025” — a platform where the future of the labor market is formed. This unique forum unites the vectors of HR, entrepreneurship, law, psychology, and sociology to take a comprehensive look at the evolution of work. The main theme is inclusivity, neurodiversity, and the role of the human in the era of automation.
During the day there will be talks by top experts from HR, business, and the social sciences, deep discussions about neurodiversity, anti-ageism, support for veterans, and other important topics. A special emphasis this year is the presentation of the results of the Ukrainian Corporate Equality Index 2025 and the awarding of a special distinction for the implementation of the principles of equality.

On October 11, Parkovy will become the venue for the Ukrainian Women Festival DIVA — a large-scale festival for Ukrainian women who strive for development and celebration at the same time. More than 3,000 guests, about 100 speakers and hosts, as well as headliner performances in the evening, are expected.
During the day at Parkovy, 50+ lectures, master classes, and transformational games by leading experts in various fields will be held in parallel. The highlight of DIVA is the ceremonial Ukrainian Prime Awards: here the best Ukrainian brands, companies, and outstanding women who inspire with their achievements will be honored.
