On November 27, 2025, the IV National Intellectual Property and Innovation Forum — IP LET Forum 2025 (Intellectual Property: Law, Economy, Technology) was held at Parkovy. This annual event is Ukraine’s leading IP forum, bringing together professionals from law, technology, business, science, and the creative industries to discuss the sector’s most pressing developments.
The forum took place in Parkovy’s
Big Exhibition Hall (2,000 m²), equipped with full-scale multimedia solutions, including a large LED stage and a professional sound system, with theatre-style seating.
Alongside the main stage, the
complex’s conference rooms hosted parallel sessions. Modular mobile partitions enabled flexible zoning within the hall: a plenary area, a media zone, networking spaces, and intimate discussion areas.
Throughout the day, participants explored a wide range of topics—from digitalization of IP services and Ukraine’s integration into the European IP space to supporting creative and innovative industries during wartime. IP LET Forum 2025 featured thematic sessions including:
- Ukraine on the global IP map
- Future technologies and IP
- Business, IP, and innovation
- IP in the creative industries
Attendees included representatives of government authorities, local self-government, business, the security and defense sector, culture, the legal community, and creative industry experts. Speakers featured leadership from the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine and the national IP office—most notably Olena Orliuk, representatives of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, veteran-innovators, leaders of профиль NGOs, and leading IP lawyers.
IP LET Forum 2025 was organized by the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine and the Ukrainian National Office for Intellectual Property and Innovations (UKRNOIVI), in cooperation with the European Union Intellectual Property Office and the EU-funded EU4IP project “Strengthening Intellectual Property Rights in Moldova and Ukraine”. The event was supported by the World Intellectual Property Organization and the European Patent Office.
