On March 26, Kyiv CEC Parkovy hosted the Investment and Construction Congress 2026 — one of the key events in Ukraine's real estate market, bringing together 4,033 participants: developers, investors, architects, and representatives of government and business.
The congress became more than just an industry event — it served as a platform for shaping a new economic architecture of the country, where development is viewed as one of the key instruments for Ukraine's recovery.
This year's discussion went beyond the traditional real estate market debate. The focus was not on square meters, but on environment, trust, investment, and people. The program covered strategic, practical, and discussion blocks: the official opening and press conference "Urban Environment Development Strategy," the panel discussion "Real Estate Market 2026," blocks on developer-broker interaction, factors shaping real estate value, and urban planning reform.
Congress participants outlined key shifts in approaches: the market is transitioning from an adaptation phase to forming a new systemic model, where trust becomes the main currency and people become the key asset of any business.
The evening part of the congress served as a fitting conclusion to the event — the REM Awards and "Interior of the Year. Real Estate 2026" award ceremonies recognized companies and projects that are setting new quality standards. A special highlight of the evening was a performance by Valerii Kharchyshyn and a charity auction.
The event occupied the entire third floor of the complex. The Convention and Concert Hall was set up in a classic conference format — a stage for panel discussions and theatre-style seating for guests. The conference zones were arranged as spaces for separate workshops, and partner stands were placed to create an Expo zone.
The Investment and Construction Congress 2026 demonstrated that Ukraine's real estate market has not stopped — it is being reformatted and moving to a new level of quality. Today, development is not just about construction, but about responsibility for cities, the economy, and the future of the country.
Parkovy is proud to be the venue where the new architecture of Ukrainian business is being shaped.
