On November 14, 2024, the 3rd Ukrainian Construction Congress was held in Congress and Exhibition Center Parkovy. This year's main theme of the event – WE MUST THE CHANGE – is designed to draw attention to the need for global changes in the industry and approaches to modern construction.
Representatives of the authorities, the banking system, heads of Ukrainian companies, architects, designers, developers, developers and media representatives gathered in the complex. The event became a platform for constructive dialogue, expression and discussion of various opinions between the authorities, developers, architects, builders and the public sector.
Event in numbers:
- more than 6300 registered participants;
- 150 + top speakers;
- more than 60 partner stands;
- 25 + discussion panels in 9 rooms;
- more than 8 hours of intense program.
The event took place on the third floor of the complex, and the lobby was the place to register guests.
The main center of the rich program was the
Convention and Concert Hall (CCH), where the speeches of the leading speakers took place, in parallel with which active networking took place on the floor. Guests had the opportunity to simultaneously participate in it and listen to experts. To discuss topics and express opinions on changes in the industry and approaches to modern construction were invited:

In the HHC, there were also presented paintings – paintings from the projects "Idea of Light" and "Lexicon" – and a sculptural installation on the main stage of the forum of the famous Ukrainian artist Viktor Sidorenko.
Some of the speeches were held in
conference rooms on the third floor, in which, thanks to the convenient configuration of the complex and the ability to transform for any event, guests were able to carefully listen to the speakers even in an open networking space.
The event featured more than 60 partner stands located on the third floor of the complex, next to the Convention and Concert Hall. The scale of the location allowed the organizers to place structures of impressive size.
During the event, there also were:
- Collection from the Charitable Foundation "Wings of Architects" for the BUREVA brigade on FPV kamikaze drones;
- Analysis by Grigory Kukuruza, economist at Ukraine Economic Outlook, on "Economics and Business of Ukraine 2024 - 2025";
- Installation of object design with curators: Larysa Tsybina, design researcher and ideologist of Design Days and Natalia Zabolotna, founder of Malevych Group, the first agency for the sale of real estate and art;
- Exhibition "Verified investment projects";
- Congress in the Congress of SFNM (Union of Real Estate Specialists) of Ukraine on the topics: Real Estate Service and its Content, Risk Management in Real Estate Transactions, How to Speak with a Client in One Language. Clients by type of perception;
- 1st Forum of Heat Engineering Manufacturers;
- Filming an exclusive issue of the social charity project "Useful friday: Designer's Talks"
