On January 31, 2025, ProAgro Group held its seventh large‑scale Grain Storage Forum in Kyiv. This year’s event took place at the Parkovy Congress and Exhibition Center, bringing together over 1,200 participants and guests, including leading experts in the agricultural market, entrepreneurs, government officials, and investors.
The event was remarkable for its extraordinary scale: a high number of attendees, a variety of setups, and—most notably—over 50 powerful partner booths. The agricultural sector demands comprehensiveness and grandeur, and the venue perfectly met these needs for the organizers.
This year’s co‑organizers included the Ukrainian Grain Association, the Millers’ Union of Ukraine, the Elevators Association of Ukraine, AGRO Marketing Agency, the Bioenergy Association of Ukraine, and the Ukrainian Solar Energy Association, all of which helped turn this forum into one of the most professional and authoritative gatherings on the Ukrainian grain market.
The event took place in the
Big Exhibition Hall.
Thanks to the complex’s unique configuration, the venue can host several simultaneous setups divided by mobile soundproof partitions, allowing multiple panel discussions to run in parallel or enabling a multi‑format event.
Accordingly, the 2,000 sq m space was divided into three zones:
- The main hall with theater‑style seating and a large built‑out stage, where speakers such as Vitalii Koval, Oleksandr Dombrovskyi, Serhii Savchuk, Bohdan Kryvitskyi, and more than 70 other specialists shared analyses and forecasts for the agricultural sector;
- An expo area for large‑scale partner booths and interactive installations;
- A catering and networking zone, which served as a powerful platform for exchanging experiences.
A separate seminar hall with dedicated
conference rooms also operated during the conference, featuring presentations by the heads of several companies.
Throughout the forum, a lounge area remained open; live music played during breaks between sessions, and coffee breaks were arranged. The evening concluded with a reception and a performance by singer Lucy Kava, adding a special atmosphere to the forum!
