GLOBAL LEADERSHIP FORUM: АРХІТЕКТОРИ МАЙБУТНЬОГО зібралися у «Парковому»

On March 21, at the Parkovy CEC, the GLOBAL LEADERSHIP FORUM: Architects of the Future took place. It was an intellectual space, where world business thinkers and leaders of Ukrainian companies discussed the prospects for global leadership in a crisis.

With the participation of world experts and Ukrainian opinion leaders, despite the morning missile shelling and air alerts, 600 Forum participants gathered a new paradigm of leadership.

The event started with morning coffee, registration and acquaintance of the participants. The organizers prepared a comfortable and convenient setup on the 3rd floor of the CEC Parkovy, where guests could conduct high-quality networking, relax and chat with each other. The spacious location also made it possible to handily arrange the zones of numerous event partners.

After the welcoming speech of the founder of KA Group Alyona Zhupikova and gratitude to the partners, Artur Mikhno, CEO and founder of Work.ua, the title partner of the forum, entered the stage of the Parkovy Convention and Concert Hall.

The next was a keynote on the topic: "How to develop a team and charge with a resource through the right questions" from Pia Lauritzen. This is a Danish philosopher and scientist, an adviser on consulting for the heads of world companies, which is included in the Thinkers50 Radar list.

The guests listened attentively and recorded Ms. Lauritzen’s speech, and then asked a lot of profile questions.

Air alert interrupted the speech on the topic: "The critical role of executive leaders and culture in the implementation of transformational projects in emergent conditions" from Antonio Nieto-Rodriguez, a prominent world champion in project management, professor in the field of project and strategies implementation. However, the event organizers were ready in advance, so the guests quickly went down to the -1 floor and continued to listen to the speaker's speech in comfortable and safe conditions.

For additional comfort, the event organizers KA Group and Creative States equipped two coworking areas (VIP and Standard) directly on the floor where the event was held. Thus, the guests did not spend valuable time negotiating or answering the call, and then instantly returning to the main hall, where the speakers performed.

After the business lunch, the participants gathered for a panel discussion on leadership during the war, which was attended by Artur Mikhno, Andriy Bulakh (Duty CEO of MHP), Sergiy Zhuykov (private capital manager, PhD, sergeant of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, sniper) and Lana Zerkal (Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine).

For many guests, the performances of the two flagships of modern science of human behavior were very expected. A workshop by Robert Keegan, Professor of Philosophy, Sociology and Psychology at Harvard University and an interview by Robert Sapolsky, Professor of Neuroscience at Stanford University and author of bestsellers in behavior biology, took place especially for the forum participants. Robert Sapolsky and the forum participants had a surprisingly lively and productive Q&A session.

The panel discussion "How to Develop Leadership in a Company?" presented by Olga Ustinova (CEO of Vodafone Ukraine), Andrew Rozhdestvensky (executive director of the Center for Leadership of UCU), Natalia Kryvda (academic director of the MBA program of the Edinburgh Business School), Andrii Dligach (strategist, Doctor of Economics, co-founder of Advanter Group) and Dmitry Dubrovskyi (co-founder and board member of Uklon) has finished a saturated day.

The Forum ended with constructive networking for participants. All day the event was accompanied by a professional and responsible team of Parkovy Catering, which prepared excellent coffee breaks, business lunch and networking cocktails for 300 + offline event participants.

The event took place at all locations of the 3rd floor of the CEC Parkovy:

- lectures and panel discussions were held in the Convention and Concert Hall;

- catering, networking area and coworking were located in the conference space overlooking the Dnipro next to the main hall;

- guests also could enjoy a magnificent view of Kyiv from the open terrace of the 3rd floor.
