On June 26–27, 2025, the two-day Entrepreneurs’ Forum organized by Forbes Ukraine was held for the second time at Parkovy Convention and Exhibition Center. The event served as a powerful platform for sharing experience, generating new ideas, and building valuable connections.
The Forum program featured substantive discussions, including “First Million” and “First Billion” — conversations about the experience and paths of prominent Ukrainian business leaders. The opening day covered three tracks: Ideas, Resources, People. The Entrepreneurs’ Forum brought together more than 60 leading speakers who shared their expertise during in-depth sessions.
The event took place on the third floor, with the
Convention and Concert Hall at its center. This is where the key discussions, talks, and meetings were held, uniting entrepreneurs from across the country.
Two
conference rooms, located on both sides, served as venues for workshops led by industry flagships. Guests learned about strategy, growth, finance, and scaling. The complex’s unique layout made it possible to run several important activities in parallel while ensuring guest comfort.
June 27 featured a “business theater” format, where entrepreneurs spoke candidly about the challenges they faced and how they overcame them, inspiring with their success stories. The day was marked by several interviews with speakers, including:
- Lev Zhydenko, Co-founder of the Aurora retail chain;
- Petro Pylypiuk, Co-owner and CEO of Modern-Expo Group;
- Olena Vovk, Co-owner of the biotechnology company Enzym Group;
- Roman Bondar, Senior Partner at Korn Ferry;
- Mykhailo Beilin, Co-owner of La Famiglia Group;
- Dmytro Dubrovskyi, Co-founder of Uklon and the Nezlamni Foundation;
- Oleksandr Komarov, President of Kyivstar;
- Oleksandr Konotopskyi, Founder and Chair of the Supervisory Board of Ajax Systems.

The complex’s
summer terrace became an oasis for guests. Here, participants could relax, keep the lively networking going, and grab a bite. A large mobile screen was also installed on site for talks.
