On September 6–7, the Congress and Exhibition Center Parkovy hosted the final stage of Ukraine’s first technological sports championship in the CTF discipline on the Ukrainian cyber range Unit Range by Cyber Unit Technologies. Thirty-three teams from 18 regions took part.
The event was held in a certified shelter on the -1 floor of the complex. The venue was transformed into a high-tech space with round tables.
The final of the Ukrainian Technological Sports Championship in the CTF — Cybersecurity discipline became a historic step, uniting competition, education, government initiatives, and business partnerships into a single ecosystem of Ukraine’s cyber resilience. Teams solved complex CTF tasks and presented their approaches to a mentoring board and experts.
The championship also featured panel discussions across six tracks:
- Developing cybersecurity through sports competitions
- Cybersecurity in the commercial sector
- Regional cybersecurity
- The role of the cyber community in developing technological sports
- Women’s leadership in cybersecurity
- Education as the foundation of cyber resilience
The championship was organized by the Ukrainian Technological Sports Federation, the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, and the State Service of Special Communications and Information Protection (SSSCIP) under the auspices of the NCCC at the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.

Prizes for the winners were grants for master’s studies in cybersecurity at SET University. These young women and men formed the core of the national team that represented Ukraine at the European Cybersecurity Challenge 2025 in Poland.
