E-Commerce Day 2026 Took Place at Parkovy

On May 27, E-Commerce Day 2026 was held at the Event Hall of the Parkovy Convention and Exhibition Center. The annual conference is organised by the Ukrainian Association of FinTech and Innovation Companies and took place for the second time this year.

The event brought together more than 250 in-person guests and over 200 online participants, uniting entrepreneurs, marketers, fintech teams, technology experts and business representatives who are shaping the evolution of e-commerce in Ukraine.

The programme focused on three topics currently driving the market: agentic commerce, regulatory transformation for financial companies and artificial intelligence as a tool for accelerating change.

A major part of the agenda was also dedicated to partnerships between banks, fintech companies and marketplaces. Speakers addressed practical issues ranging from the role of banks in the customer journey to the contractual architecture of partnerships and the protection of intellectual property.

The programme featured representatives of NovaPay, PrivatBank, Sense Bank, UAPAY, Universal Bank (monobank), Kasta, AEQUO, Prom, MAUDAU, Citrus, Meest Post, Global Ukraine, Devlight, Dnipro-M, Netpeak, EasyPay and other companies shaping Ukraine’s e-commerce industry, financial infrastructure and related digital services.

The conference combined a strategic perspective on the market with practical business cases.

For such an intensive programme, the layout and functionality of the venue played an especially important role. On the day of the event, Park Hall Event Space was adapted to accommodate a dynamic agenda. The main hall hosted keynote presentations and panel discussions, with theatre-style seating and a dedicated stage. Networking continued in the adjoining areas and on the venue’s panoramic terrace. The configuration of Park Hall makes it a strong choice for professional forums, bringing together expert content, partner engagement and communication within one seamless guest journey.

E-Commerce Day 2026 was a conversation about the infrastructure of trust, the speed of decision-making and the ability of businesses to evolve alongside changing customer behaviour.
