The 13th annual Future Lab conference on marketing, communications and media was held at Parkovy Congress and Exhibition Center on September 10, 2024. Partners, clients and friends gathered to discuss the technologies of the future, get acquainted with the world's innovative achievements adapted to the Ukrainian market, and communicate with opinion leaders in the media business.
The event took place in the
Big Exhibition Hall, where a rich five-hour program lasted. The event began with registration and welcome coffee, where guests had the opportunity to get acquainted with the agenda and chat. Auxiliary navigation elements were also placed at the locations of the
complex.
During the event, the guests listened to more than 8 speeches dedicated to the globalization of Ukrainian products, the success of Ukrainian brands in the Polish market, artificial intelligence in marketing, AI practices in Ukrainian retail, the power of technological creativity, etc. Due to the spaciousness of the Big Exhibition Hall, the participants freely placed in front of the stage and covered all the necessary information.
On a spacious location with an area of 2000 square meters, there was a large stage with a screen and a theatrical seating, and each participant could comfortably accommodate and listen to performances.
Part of the Big Exhibition Hall was reserved for tables where guests could simultaneously participate in networking and relax, as well as listen to performances and not miss a single detail of the rich event program.

It is important to note that a separate area on the location, which can also act as conference rooms, was allocated for catering. Here, guests had the opportunity to eat, exchange experiences and discuss the event, without interfering with other listeners due to soundproof partitions. Also, after the main program and summing up the Future Lab 2024, the guests had a rich networking and cocktail.
