On October 30, AM SUMMIT 2025 — Ukraine’s first national Age Management summit — was held at the Parkovy Congress & Exhibition Center. The event brought together medical professionals, scientists, government officials, and business leaders united by a shared goal: to find solutions for restoring the health and productivity of Ukrainians in the post-war period.
The forum aimed to lay the foundations for a national longevity policy in the new reality and to align joint actions between the public and private sectors. The event was organized by the personal prevention service AM ONE, led by PhD in Medicine Yevhen Shahov.
The organizers paid special attention to visual identity. The venue was fully branded with AM Summit visuals: guests were greeted by thematic banners in the lobby and branded stickers on the glass entrance doors. All third-floor spaces were designed in a unified summit style, creating a consistent atmosphere throughout the event.
The
Convention and Concert Hall hosted keynote expert talks and panel discussions, while nearby
conference rooms and a dedicated expo area showcased partner projects. Participants also actively used the open
summer terrace — a perfect spot to relax and network outdoors between sessions.
During the intensive one-day summit, nine panel discussions were held with more than 40 experts and around 700 participants. Key topics included:
- integrating preventive medicine into the healthcare system and education;
- rehabilitation of military veterans;
- corporate health and wellness programs;
- development of medical and biotechnologies, as well as digital health solutions.
A key message emphasized by experts was the shift from a “treating” model to a “preventing” philosophy. Age Management should become the new norm: investing in health and longevity today is an investment in the country’s sustainable development tomorrow. All summit outcomes will be consolidated into a national longevity strategy. The final document, “Productivity Code. White Paper 2025,” will serve as a practical roadmap with clear steps, KPIs, and deadlines for government institutions and the corporate sector. The organizers plan to present it by the end of the year.
“Japan achieved this in 80 years; our goal is to do it in 30. It’s an ambitious target, unattainable for one person alone, but together we will get there. The first step was taken today. There are 9,999 more ahead,” summarized Yevhen Shahov.
Throughout the 10-hour marathon of discussions, catering by
Parkovy Catering was available, allowing participants to refresh without leaving the conference zones. Meanwhile, partners in the expo area presented innovative health and longevity solutions, adding a practical dimension to the discussions and demonstrating how Age Management ideas are already being implemented.
AM Summit 2025 at Parkovy combined large-scale expert dialogue with a vivid presentation of new approaches and technologies. It marked the beginning of a long journey and showed that Ukraine is ready to invest in what matters most — human life and health.
